(2) Live in the Philippines for a long time (stay for more than 180 consecutive days, or have obtained permanent residence in the Philippines, or hold long-term visas for work, study, retirement immigration, etc.). (5) The supporting materials provided by the party are insufficient and cannot be supplemented, or the party refuses to supplement the supporting materials. (6) The matters applied for overseas remote video notarization are untrue and illegal. (7) Matters applying for overseas remote video notarization violate social ethics. (8) The party concerned refuses to pay notarization fees as required. (9) Other circumstances that are not suitable for overseas remote video notarization.
