Subsequently, on March 28th, 216, Daqing Ruby's application for registration of the trademark "Northeast Daban" was approved, and in July 216, it filed a lawsuit in Nanchang High-tech Zone People's Court, bringing Hongyuan Refrigeration Industry to court. From 216 to 218, Daqing Ruby Company made many complaints to State Administration for Market Regulation, State Administration for Market Regulation, Nanchang Industrial and Commercial Bureau.

It was not until the end of June, 218 that the administrative penalty decision issued by State Administration for Market Regulation put an end to this matter.
