Crystal glue dispensing tutorial
1. First place the object flat on the operating table and wait for dripping.
2. According to the dosage, take a cup, accurately weigh out the A glue and B glue, mix them in a ratio of 3:1 and stir evenly.
3. Take a clean syringe, suck the prepared glue into the syringe, and drip it evenly on the surface of signs, trademarks, etc.
4. 3 to 5 minutes after instilling the crystal glue, observe whether there are bubbles or dust particles on the glue surface. If there are small bubbles, use a small needle to pick them out.
The poured glue is cured at room temperature of 20℃ to 22℃ for 10 hours to harden into crystal glue that does not stick to the surface. After dispensing, the containers need to be cleaned. After the glue hardens, it is insoluble in any solvent. Before it hardens, both the machine and the container need to be cleaned.
The storage period of crystal glue is generally 6 months. If it has good performance after 6 months, it can still be used. When using the configured crystal glue and encountering remaining glue, do not pour it back into the original unconfigured package to avoid reaction and causing jelly.
Crystal glue needs to be sealed and stored in a ventilated, cool and dry place. The shelf life of good quality can be up to 360 days.
