Legal analysis: No, after the successful transfer, renewal and change, a transfer approval, renewal approval or change notice will be issued, and a new trademark registration certificate will not be issued. These certificates or notices need to be used together with the original registration certificate.

Legal basis: Article 23 of the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). Where a registered trademark changes the name, address or other registered items of the registrant, an application shall be filed. Where an applicant changes its name, address or agent, or deletes a designated commodity, it may go through the formalities of change with the Trademark Office. No new trademark registration certificate will be issued after the change.
