3 varieties. Specifications and grading: The side length of a single brick is not greater than 50mm; the brick joints are divided into square and rectangular shapes. Special requirements
can be negotiated by both parties.
3.3 Mosaic bricks are divided into two grades: superior products and qualified products according to the allowable dimensional deviation and appearance quality.
4.1 Allowable size deviation
4.1.1 The allowable size deviation of a single mosaic brick should comply with the provisions of Table 1.

Note: Dimensional deviations for special requirements can be negotiated by both parties.
4. 2 Appearance quality
4.2.1 The allowable range of appearance defects of mosaic tiles with a maximum side length of no more than 25 mm shall comply with the provisions of Table 3.
4.2.2 For mosaic tiles with a maximum side length greater than 25mm, the allowable range of appearance defects shall comply with the provisions of Table 4.
4. 3 Water Absorption Rate
The water absorption rate of unglazed mosaic tiles is not greater than 0.2; the water absorption rate of glazed mosaic tiles is not greater than
1.0.
4.4 Resistance to rapid cooling and rapid heating
Glazed mosaic tiles will not crack after the rapid cooling and rapid heating test, and there are no requirements for unglazed mosaic tiles.
4.5 Joint quality requirements
4.5.1 The connection between mosaic tiles and paving lining materials shall be tested according to Article 5.5. No mosaic tiles are allowed. fall off.
4.5.2 The paper removal time of the mosaic tiles pasted on the front shall not exceed 40 minutes.
4.5.3 Color Difference
The color difference between the mosaic tiles within a row and between the rows is basically the same according to the visual inspection of high-quality products; there is a slight color difference in the visual inspection of qualified products.
4.5.4 After the mosaic tiles are pasted together, the paving stickers are not allowed to be exposed. 5.1 Dimensional deviation
5. 1. 1 Check the size of a single mosaic tile using a vernier caliper with a minimum reading of 0.05mm, usually based on the center line.
5. 1. 2. Check the joint length of each joint product. Use a steel plate
ruler with a minimum reading of 0.5mm to measure, usually based on its center line. If it is out of tolerance, measure the adjacent upper and lower dimensions again.
5.1.3 When checking the circuit of each product, place the product on the platform and visually inspect it about 0.5m away from the bricks. Use a feeler gauge to measure the circuit that is difficult to judge.
5.2 Appearance quality
5.2. lPlace Chenglianjin bricks flat in a well-lit place, about 0.5
m away from the bricks, and visually inspect for interlayers, glaze cracks, cracks and exposed paving stickers; about 1m away from the bricks, visually inspect for spots, sticky scars, Defects such as blistering, powder, pitting, corrugation, missing glaze, brown eyes, dirt, melt holes and other defects. For brick joints with lining material pasted on the front, they should be inspected after removing the paper.
5.2.2 Missing corners and edges should be measured with a vernier caliper with a minimum reading of 0.05mm.
5.2.3 To check the warpage of the mosaic tiles, use a steel ruler to stand on the surface of the mosaic tiles, slide it in the diagonal direction, and use a feeler gauge to measure the maximum gap.
5.2.4 Check the size of the mosaic brick heads, use a vernier caliper with a minimum reading of 0.05mm to measure, and take the size approximately 5mm from the corner of the brick as the standard.
5.3 Color Difference
Arrange 9 bricks in a square shape, lay them flat in a well-lit place, and inspect them visually about 1.5m away from the bricks.
5.4 Quality requirements for finished joints
5.4.1 The firmness of the combination between the mosaic tiles and the paving lining material
Paste the joints on the front, with the front facing Use both hands to hold the two corners of one side of the joint and lift it vertically, then lay it flat, repeat 3 times.
With the wire mesh lining bricks pasted on the back, hang the bricks vertically in room temperature water for about 90 minutes, then lift them up gently to check whether any bricks have fallen off.
5.4.2 Paper-off test
Put the bricks pasted on the front flat in a flat-bottomed container, lay the sticker upward, soak it with water, and pinch the sticker within 40 minutes. Fold one corner 180° and peel off the paper diagonally. All mosaic tiles should fall off.
5.5 Water absorption
The water absorption is measured according to the GB 2579 method.
5.6 Resistance to rapid cooling and rapid heating
Heat the oven to 140±2℃ higher than the indoor cold water temperature, quickly put the sample into the oven, and under this temperature condition Keep it for 30 minutes, take out the sample, immediately put it into cold water, take out the sample from the water after 5 minutes, and wipe the surface of the sample dry. Use the ink method to check for cracks. 6.1 Inspection classification
6.1.1 Factory inspection
Factory inspection items include: joint length, wiring, color difference and appearance quality.
6.1.2 Type inspection
Type inspection items include all items specified in the technical requirements of this standard. Normal production is inspected once a quarter, and inspections are carried out at any time when the process changes.
6.2 Batch grouping and sampling
6.2.1 Batch grouping
A batch of 25-300 boxes of products of the same variety and color number is considered , less than 25 boxes
Subject to agreement between supply and demand parties.
6·2·2 Sampling
Randomly select 3 boxes from each batch; then randomly select a sample size that meets the requirements of Table 5 from the 3 boxes.

6. 3 Judgment Rules
6.3. 1 Conduct secondary sampling inspection on water absorption, resistance to rapid cooling and rapid heating, dimensional deviation and other items; Conduct a sampling inspection on items such as length, line, exposure of paving stickers, firmness and paper removal time.
6. 3. 2 If the number of unqualified lines in a sample exceeds 5 of the number of inspected lines in the sample, the line in the sample will be deemed unqualified.
Press 5. l. If 2 samples are inspected using the same method and 2 of the 3 dimensions are unqualified, the joint project will be deemed unqualified.
6.3.3 Carry out appearance inspection from the 3-piece sample that has been removed from the paper. Within the allowable range of defects, there are a limit of 2 defects each on the front and back sides of excellent products; and a limit of 4 defects each on the front and back sides of qualified products. Defects; acceptance shall be carried out according to Table 5.
6.3.4 If any one of the six items of water absorption, resistance to rapid heat and rapid cooling, specifications and dimensions, joint length, wiring and color difference is unqualified, the batch will be judged to be unqualified. If more than one of the four items of appearance quality, firmness, paper removal time, and sticker exposure is unqualified, the batch will be deemed unqualified. 7.1 Logo
Each product must be printed with the manufacturer’s name and trademark.
7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 The product is packed in a carton, lined with moisture-proof paper. If the gap is too large, it must be filled with soft material.
7. 2.2 Each box must have a product certificate and product instructions stamped with inspection marks.
7.2.3 The surface of the packaging box should be marked:
a. Manufacturer’s name, trademark, and factory batch number;
b. Product name, specifications, quantity, weight;
