Infringement. The Fair Trade Bureau of Yishui County Administration for Industry and Commerce seized a trademark infringement case that infringed on the exclusive right to use the registered trademark of Tsingtao Brewery. When the law enforcement officers inspected the distribution door of the client Wu, they found that the labels distributed by the client: the bottles of Laoshan Maixiang, Original Ecology and Maixiang produced by Weifang Lvcaodi Beer Co., Ltd. were all marked with the words "Tsingtao Beer", which violated the exclusive right to use the registered trademark of Tsingtao Brewery Co., Ltd.
