Jingzhou is a prefecture-level city in Hubei Province, which was called "Jiangling" in ancient times. It is the seat of Ying, the old capital of Chu, not in Shandong. Its central city, Shashi District, was originally a municipality under the jurisdiction of Hubei Province.
