After receiving the notice of rejection, the trademark applicant shall pay attention to the postmark on the envelope of the notice of rejection sent by the Trademark Office. The rejected review has a time limit, and it is invalid after the expiration. At present, there are two calculation methods:

1, release date+15 days, travel time+15 days, review request time =30 days.

2, envelope postmark+15 days.
