In order to improve product quality from the source, ensure product safety, and standardize the management of industrial product production license, this product license management method is formulated according to the Product Quality Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Trial Regulations on Industrial Product Production License, the Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals and the responsibilities entrusted by the State Council to the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.

Trademark registration certificate is a legal document issued by the State Trademark Office to a trademark registrant to prove the scope of its exclusive right to use a trademark according to the relevant provisions of the Trademark Law.
