The intellectual property major came into being. This major is one of the legal majors and is awarded a bachelor's degree in law after graduation.

The intellectual property major of our school cultivates all-round development of morality, intelligence, body, aesthetics and labor. It has relatively comprehensive and systematic basic knowledge and basic abilities of intellectual property, masters strong practical skills, and has a certain innovative spirit. Our school was the first to set up intellectual property rights in Shandong Province One of the universities with undergraduate majors, it is characterized by cultivating practical talents such as intellectual property legal affairs and intellectual property management. The core courses of this major include jurisprudence, constitutional law, criminal law, civil law, and criminal law Litigation Law, Civil Procedure Law, Administrative Law and Administrative Litigation Law, General Introduction to Intellectual Property, Copyright Law, Patent Law, Trademark Law, Competition Law, Intellectual Property Management, Intellectual Property Document Search and Application.

In order to highlight the cultivation of practical talents, this major also offers courses in the two directions of intellectual property legal affairs and intellectual property management, and has added courses such as patent practice and trademark practice to highlight the cultivation of practical abilities.
