Once false qualifications are found, your company will be included in the list of dishonest customers and Tmall will no longer cooperate with you;

Article 4 Tmall will not accept applications from individual industrial and commercial households or non-Chinese mainland enterprises for the time being;

Article 5 If the Trademark Registration Certificate or Trademark Acceptance Notice issued by the State Trademark Office is not obtained, Tmall will not accept the application for brand opening (except for some imported goods), nor will it accept the application for the registration of pure graphic trademarks;

Chapter II Tmall Store Types and Related Requirements

Article 6 For flagship stores, merchants have exclusive authorization to enter the stores opened by Tmall with their own brands (trademarks in R or TM status) or obligees.
