(1) Balance adjustment method

This instrument has two ways to adjust balance:

1. Automatic balance adjustment method

The automatic balance adjustment method is the operation of turning on the machine. When using this method to achieve balance, the LCD displays a fan-shaped stripe on the left, "sensitivity" and a four-pointed star pattern.

2. Manual balance adjustment method

Manual balance adjustment method can be divided into the following two types:

A. When the balance has been reached, press the "balance button" button and release it immediately, no more than 2 seconds. This method is equivalent to the automatic balance adjustment method, and is also equivalent to the operation when the machine is first turned on.

B． When the balance has been reached, press the "Balance Key" button for more than 2 seconds, and a fan-shaped stripe on the left will be displayed on the LCD. This method is often used to adjust the balance during the detection process. It is very simple and can improve the accuracy of metal detection. (2) Eliminate mineralization reaction

There are two ways to eliminate mineralization reaction: automatic and manual:

1. When using automatic, the power switch of the instrument should be turned off first. , then turn the "adjustment knob" a little to the left, then turn on the phone. After reaching a balanced state, bring the probe close to the ground, about 10 to 15 cm above the ground. If the sector icons on the LCD increase or exceed 6 at this time, adjust according to the above method again. The automatic adjustment is not completed until the sector icons on the LCD display 2 or 4 when the probe is raised and lowered.

2. When using manual mode, press and hold the "Balance Button" button for more than 2 seconds. At the same time, rotate the "Adjustment Knob" a little to the left, and release the "Balance Button" button until it returns to balance. After the test is completed, place the probe 10 to 15 cm close to the ground for testing. If the sector icons on the LCD increase or exceed 6, you need to adjust again according to the above procedure. The manual adjustment is not completed until the same effect as the automatic adjustment is achieved. At this time, the mineralization reaction of the earth is basically eliminated.

3. Note: Press and hold the "Balance Key" button before manual adjustment, and then release it after adjustment.

(3) Identify/Exclude Metal Adjustment

Adjust the "Adjustment Knob" according to the specific situation to exclude unnecessary metal targets, such as when detecting in a place with many iron nails. There are signals from iron nails everywhere. The speaker will gradually increase the sound and the LCD will also display accordingly, making the detection work very inconvenient. In such a situation, you can place an iron nail on the ground in advance and let the probe scan the iron. Above the nail, if the sound of the instrument increases and the fan-shaped icons on the LCD increase, you can press and hold the "Balance Key" button for more than 2 seconds, and at the same time rotate the "Adjustment Knob" a little to the left. After returning to the equilibrium state, move the probe to the iron nail and try again. When the LCD sector icon displays 2 bars or 4 and sum, it is good to identify/remove the metal adjustment at this time. Sometimes, it is necessary to adjust the direction of the "adjustment knob" several times to achieve the best effect, which requires long-term accumulation of detection experience. Metal recognition/removal regulation is very similar to demineralization regulation. Only through long-term exploration and accumulation of experience can we operate and use the instrument better.
