intellectual property rights include trademarks. Intellectual property is an intangible property with the characteristics of exclusivity, timeliness and regionality. The acquisition of most intellectual property rights requires legal procedures. Trademarks need to be approved and registered by the Trademark Office, which can distinguish the goods of natural persons, legal persons or other organizations from those of others.
