It doesn’t matter if it gets wet. As long as there is no mold or deterioration.

Put the pollen out of the bottle, spread it flat on a piece of clean paper, and cover it with a layer of paper.

Put it in a sunny place to dry, it will take a few days. Be careful to take it back at night to prevent it from getting damp again.

The pollen itself also contains a lot of water when collected and needs to be artificially dried. Nowadays, a dryer is generally used, but drying in the sun is the original and most convenient method.

However, pollen that has been dried will change color but does not affect the quality. It is safe to eat.
