The first step in trademark transfer is to look at the trademark name first, and then specify the name of the transferee. If the trademark transferee is an individual, he/she shall provide his/her personal identity card and a valid individual business license for the annual inspection; If the trademark transferee is a company, it must provide a company business license valid for annual inspection. As for whether the transferee is a civil servant, there is no such provision in the state.
