6. The "Libya Trademark Office" is responsible for the unified management of trademark affairs;

7. The exclusive right to trademark needs to be passed Registration Obtaining a trademark registration is not mandatory, but in order to protect the trademark or renew it, it must be registered in accordance with the law.
