The product classification of trademarks is divided into 45 major categories. The categories related to food are categories 29 and 30.
I did a simple search in categories 29 and 30, and there are currently close to 20,000 valid trademarks with the word "niu" in them.
If you want to apply for a trademark by adding the word "cow" to your name, there are some suggestions you can refer to.
(1) It cannot contain the same or similar politically sensitive elements such as country name, national flag, national emblem, military flag (this is very important).
(2) It cannot be a place name of an administrative district above the county level or a foreign place name known to the public. For example: Jinniu District in Chengdu, Wengniute Banner in Inner Mongolia, etc.
(3) Do not deliberately plagiarize or borrow the name or LOGO of an existing trademark.
(4) Avoid common names. For example: beef, cow head, cow hooves and other words that lack significance.
