Application procedures:

1. First search for the trademark. If there is no identical or similar one before, you can prepare application documents and submit the application;

2. About one month after the application is submitted, the Trademark Office will issue you an application acceptance notice in about twenty working days (this period is called the formal review stage).

3. After the formal review is completed, it will enter the substantive review stage, which will take about one year.

4. If the substantive examination is passed, the announcement process will be entered (this period is 3 months, also called the objection period);

5. After the announcement period expires, no one raises objections . You can get the registration certificate. The time it takes for the above to be successfully registered is generally about 12-18 months.

Trademark registration application materials:

(company application)

1. A copy of the applicant’s business license;

2. A completed trademark registration application form with the official seal of the unit;

3. Clear trademark drawings, ten copies of each trademark in black and white. If the trademark is in color, please provide ten copies of each trademark in color, in black and white ink. One copy of the trademark design shall be no smaller than 5X5CM and no larger than 10X 10CM.

(Natural person application)

1. A copy of the applicant’s resident ID card;

2. The applicant provides documents with qualifications for trademark registration application, such as an individual Industrial and commercial license, etc.;

3. A completed trademark registration application signed by an individual;

4. Clear trademark drawings, ten copies of each trademark in black and white.
