Trademark infringement can be complained to the Trademark Administration Bureau of the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce or some intellectual property management departments, or a lawsuit can be brought to the people's court. Where a request is made to the administrative department for industry and commerce or the intellectual property management department, a written request shall be issued. The written request shall specify the cause of the request, the legal basis of the request, the specific content of the request, the name and address of the claimant, the name of the infringer and the place where the infringement occurred.

Article 60 of the Trademark Law
If one of the acts listed in Article 57 of this Law infringes on the exclusive right to use a registered trademark and causes disputes, the parties concerned shall settle them through consultation; Unwilling to negotiate or failing to negotiate, the trademark registrant or interested party may bring a lawsuit to the people's court or request the administrative department for industry and commerce to handle it.
