What is the object of intellectual property protection?

The object of intellectual property protection is intellectual achievements or knowledge products, which are the fruits of labor created by creative intellectual labor. Specifically reflected in the following aspects:

(1) Copyright and neighboring rights. Copyright, also known as copyright, refers to the personal and property rights enjoyed by authors of literary, artistic and scientific works and their related subjects in accordance with the law. Neighboring rights are called “copyright-related rights and interests” in copyright law.

(2) Patent rights, that is, the exclusive rights to implement inventions, utility models and designs that natural persons, legal persons or other organizations enjoy within a certain period of time in accordance with the law.

Article 123 of the "People's Republic of China and Civil Code" Definition of Intellectual Property Rights Civil subjects enjoy intellectual property rights in accordance with the law.
