Obligation to provide true information; 5. The obligation to indicate the real name and mark; 6. Obligation to issue purchase vouchers and service documents; 7, the obligation to ensure quality; 8. Fulfill the obligation of "three guarantees" or other responsibilities; 9. It is not allowed to unilaterally make obligations that are not conducive to consumers by means of format contracts, notices, statements, store notices, etc. ; 10, the obligation not to infringe consumers' personality rights.
