1, press and hold the power button 10 second to see if it can be forced to start. If it can be turned on, please back up important data and restore factory settings or upgrade the latest software version.
2. If the phone can't be turned on forcibly, please verify whether the phone has power. If the phone is plugged in, there will be charging instructions. If it has just been charged, it may not be turned on immediately. Please keep charging for a while, and then try to turn it on.

4. There is a response when booting, but it does not enter the system. It is recommended to enter the recovery mode to restore the mobile phone to the factory and try again (recovery mode entry method: press and hold the volume reduction+power button to turn it on).
Troubleshooting method for startup failure
Failure to turn on the phone is one of the common faults of mobile phones. There are many reasons for not powering on, such as open circuit of power cord, damage of virtual welding of power IC, lack of 13MHz clock, abnormal logic circuit, software failure and so on.
The general maintenance method is: power up the mobile phone with an external power supply, press the power-on key or turn it on with a single board (Motorola mobile phone can be directly plugged into the tailstock power socket), observe the behavior change of the ammeter, if the ammeter pointer changes, determine the fault range, and then eliminate it with the maintenance points introduced earlier.
