Aquitaine and Les Ré gions Aquitaine et Midi-Pyré né es have a variety of vineyards, which is like a "big gathering of vineyards". We usually call them "Southwest Vineyards".
From Dordogne to Valle Du E Lott; From paying basque to Gascogne and agenet; From the south of Massif central to Coteau du Tarn, from the Garonne River basin to the border of Toulouse ... The grape plantations in the southwest have the richest special techniques for grape cultivation, following the Millennium tradition of grape cultivation and the local tradition of wine and spirits. The vineyards here have a history of 3,000 years, and now there are at least 20 local wine brands. The main grape varieties in southwest China are similar to those in Bordeaux. The main red grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Danet and Merlot are very common. Marbay, which was neglected in Bordeaux, is also quite wonderful here. There are Tannat with a strong and rough taste, Manseng, which is very suitable for brewing white wine, and Negrette, which is soft and fragrant. Common white grape varieties are Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Miskadale. Local white grape varieties, such as Mauzac, are light and sour, and are used to brew high-quality sparkling wine, as well as Wang Xiaomansang, a sweet wine in Southwest China.
