Sensor "fault"
Any small fault of the water level sensor and temperature sensor inside the toilet lid may cause the motor to run continuously. If this happens, you can give the sensor a "physical examination" first, and replace or repair it in time if there is any problem.
Control system "strike"
As the "brain" of the intelligent toilet, once the control system fails, the motor may be out of control. If this happens, you can try to restart the control system or check the circuit.
The circuit is "out of order"
Don't underestimate the circuit inside the toilet lid. Any abnormality may cause the motor to work continuously. If this happens, you can check whether the circuit is normal first.
