1. Adjustment of responsibilities

II. Main Responsibilities

(3) Formulate the province’s import and export plan and organize its implementation; organize the implementation of the import and export quota plan, review and approve import and export quota licenses, and be responsible for the bidding for import and export commodity quotas; promote the province’s processing trade development; research and promote new trade methods. ?
