Trademark requirements for entering Tmall

1. Tmall temporarily does not accept applications for opening a store from brands that have not obtained a trademark registration or trademark acceptance notice issued by the State Trademark Administration (for some categories) Excluding imported goods).

2. Tmall does not accept applications for pure graphic trademarks because such trademarks cannot name store names and store domain names.

3. Not only do you need to have your own brand to settle in Tmall, but whether the trademark you hold is R or TM has an impact on the amount of deposit required to settle in Tmall. Merchants must pay a deposit to operate on Tmall. The deposit is mainly used to ensure that the merchant operates in accordance with Tmall's rules. If the merchant violates the rules, it will be used to file claims against Tmall and Tmall in accordance with the "Tmall Service Agreement" and relevant rules and regulations. Consumers pay liquidated damages. The deposit varies according to the attributes of the store, and the amount is as follows:

(1), brand flagship store, specialty store: 100,000 yuan for the TM trademark, 50,000 yuan for the R trademark;
