Go to the local provincial green food development center to apply for changes.

A unit or individual that has obtained the right to use the Green Food Mark trademark, during the validity period of the Green Food Mark trademark use certificate (referred to as the "Certificate"), due to changes in the unit name, product name, registered trademark, and certified output, You can submit an application for certificate change, which will be accepted and verified by the provincial green food management agency (referred to as the "Provincial Green Office"). After approval by the China Green Food Development Center (referred to as the "Center"), the certificate change will be processed and a new certificate will be issued.

1. Review content

(1) Whether the application materials are standardized and complete.

(2) Whether the content applied for change is true and credible.

(3) Whether the change procedures and conditions are met.

2. Basis for approval

(1) "Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Implementing Regulations"

(2) "Collective Trademark" , Certification Trademark Registration and Management Measures"

(3) "Green Food Mark Management Measures"

(4) "Green Food Mark Trademark Use Certificate Management Measures".

3. Service Conditions

(1) Relevant materials that the applicant should provide

1. Application for change of content of green food product certificate (with signature from the Provincial Green Office Opinion).

2. Original green food product certificate.

3. To apply for a change of company name, you must submit an acceptance notice (certification) from the local industrial and commercial department and a copy of the new business license.

4. When applying to change a trademark name, a copy of the new trademark registration certificate must be submitted.

5. To apply for a change in product name, a sample of the proposed new packaging design must be submitted.

(2) Pay corresponding fees

For every change to a certificate, the applicant must pay a change certification fee of RMB 2,000.

4. Procedures

(1) The applicant submits a change application to the provincial green office where it is located.

(2) The Provincial Green Office will verify the change application, sign the opinion and stamp the official seal within 5 working days, and submit it to the Central Logo Management Office together with the enterprise application and relevant materials.

(3) The Central Mark Management Office will complete the acceptance of the change materials within 2 working days, fill out the "Certificate Change Review Form", and submit it to the Central Certification and Audit Office for review.

(4) The Central Certification and Audit Office will complete the review of the changed materials within 15 working days and put forward review opinions.

(5) If the application passes the review, the Sign Management Office will propose handling opinions and submit them to the director of the center for approval. If the audit fails, the Certification and Audit Office will notify the applicant in writing and return the original certificate to the applicant.

(6) If the Mark Management Office approves the change based on the approval opinions of the center director, it will notify the applicant to pay the change certification fee, issue a new certificate, and make an announcement.
