What items must be marked in the General Standard for Food Labeling?
According to Article 42 of the Food Safety Law, a complete and qualified prepackaged foods label directly provided to consumers shall include:

(1) the name of the food;

(2) List of ingredients;

(3) net content and specifications;

(four) the name, address and contact information of the producer and/or distributor;

(5) Date of production and shelf life;

(6) storage conditions;

(seven) the food production license number;

(eight) product standard code;

(9) nutrient composition table;

(ten) other matters that must be marked by laws, regulations or food safety standards.
