What is the trademark review process?
Legal analysis: applicant qualification: it must be the original applicant whose trademark registration application was rejected by the Trademark Office; Application period: the applicant for trademark registration shall apply for reexamination within 15 days from the date of receiving the notice of rejection of trademark objection from the Trademark Office; Documents applied for examination.

Legal basis: Article 32 of the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall not damage the prior rights of others, nor shall it preempt the registration of trademarks that others have used and have certain influence by unfair means.

Article 35 of the Trademark Review and Adjudication Rules: The Trademark Review and Adjudication Board shall make a decision on whether to accept the new application for review put forward by the parties within 30 days. If the conditions for acceptance are met, it shall be accepted and the applicant and the relevant parties shall be notified in writing; Do not meet the acceptance conditions, will not be accepted, notify the applicant in writing and explain the reasons. If, after examination, the reasons for the application are not established, the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board shall notify the applicant in writing. If the application is established after examination, the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board shall revoke the ruling already made and make a new ruling.
