Both models are Australian brands and are genuine imported products; neither of them is the owner of the "Blue Fatty" trademark. Most things like trademarks are printed on product packaging. If they are not printed, there are usually two situations - either it is not a trademark at all, but just a popular nickname, or the application is still pending but failed for some reason.
