If the change of the enterprise only involves a change of name, and does not include a change of registered address, change of registered capital, or change of shareholders, only the following relevant certificates need to be provided. :

If the following items do not indicate that copies should be submitted, the originals should generally be submitted; if copies are submitted, the official seal of the company should be stamped and signed to be consistent with the originals.
