1. First, prepare the Emei Bamboo Leaf for later use.
2. Then boil the water to 85 degrees. Because the green tea is fresh and tender, in order to make the Emei Mountain bamboo leaves fresh and cool, the water temperature should not be too high, usually 85 degrees. Too high will burn the Emei Mountain bamboo leaves, and the brewed tea will have a cooked taste.
3. Then pour a proper amount of Emei bamboo leaves into the bowl.
4. The amount of bamboo and green tea in Emei Mountain can cover the bottom of the bowl, and the ratio is generally 1:5.
5. Finally, just pour the water into the brew. Be careful not to cover the bowl. You can't stew the Emei bamboo leaf, which will affect the taste of the Emei bamboo leaf, as shown in the figure.
