Second, the procedure of trademark registration

The procedure of applying for trademark registration is divided into two steps.

Step 1: Inquire. Submit the trademark and scope of use of goods or services, and word mark will issue the query results within 30 minutes; Graphic trademarks will produce query results within 24 hours.

Step 2: Apply for registration.

① Application stage: submission of documents;
