Caesar is a big brand, including men's wear, women's wear, leather shoes, leather clothes and leather goods. It has been a big brand since 1990s. Julius Caesar established a brand in 2003, a small brand, which only made leather clothes. Maybe the buyer confused the two brands, so the trademarks are inconsistent.
Caesar's trademark is based on Julius Caesar's head in armor in the battle of western Rome, and there are standard Chinese (Caesar) and English (Caesar). Its Chinese trademark is registered in the State Administration Bureau 1993, and the graphic trademark "Caesar Helmet" is registered in the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce 1994.
