An exclusive license contract refers to a license contract concluded between the licensor and the transferee. The licensor grants the transferee the exclusive right to use the trademark, patented technology or proprietary technology and computer software and the right to manufacture and sell related products within the agreed time limit and geographical scope. Within the specified time limit and geographical scope, the licensor may not use the technology, trademark and software and manufacture and sell products by itself, nor may it transfer the right to use the technology, trademark and software to a third person.
