First of all, ctrl+t in ps is fine-tuned. It takes time and patience to make such a big transfer. My friend, you can do this:

First, turn the picture you want to adjust into a smart object (right-click the layer you want to adjust to find "Turn into a smart object"), then press ctrl+t to find the location icon marked by the arrow displayed above in ps, and click;

Then ps: there will be deformation at the top left of the customization. Click the small icon behind the customization to open the drop-down menu, and find the "arch" suitable for this effect.

Adjust the direction that suits you, put the mouse on the curved text, and the mouse symbol will become the left and right arrows. Hold down the mouse and move left and right, and the curvature will change;

After adjusting the radian, adjust it yourself. If you need subsequent fine-tuning, you can fine-tune it according to your CTRL+T.
