Operating technology:
1. Work under ventilated and breathable conditions.
2. Use clean tools that are free of water, oil, and chemical solvents.
3. Accurately weigh A/B. (More component A will cause bubbling at the bottom, and more component B will cause the surface to become sticky).
4. Stir carefully in the same direction to avoid producing a large number of bubbles. If there are filaments in the glue, you need to stir patiently until it is completely transparent.
5. Defoaming: Use a vacuum degassing machine to defoam, or use flame or hot air to sweep the glued product.
Notes:
1. Manual glue dispensing has high environmental humidity requirements. Only when the relative humidity is within 60% will no blistering occur. It is best to install a dehumidifier.
2. Do not use moisture-containing tools such as wood. It is best to use metal or plastic tools.
3. The substrate must be dry, and inks containing glycerin cannot be used.
4. Contact of this product (especially B glue) with skin may cause allergies. Please prevent skin contact. If in contact, please wash with plenty of water and soap.
5. Mixing large quantities of glue will produce rapid solidification and high temperatures.
