1 The replacement of new spare parts must be carried out after running-in and load test.

2. Regularly check whether the installation foundation, seal and transmission shaft are normal.

In normal use, the highest temperature of lubricating oil should be less than 85℃. When the oil temperature rises abnormally, resulting in abnormal sound and other phenomena, it must be stopped immediately for inspection, and can be used again after troubleshooting.

4 Don't hit the reducer housing with a gravity hammer to avoid damage.

Use and replacement of lubricating oil:

1 The working environment temperature of the reducer is -40 ~+40℃. When the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil must be heated above 0℃ or the lubricating oil with low freezing point should be used before starting.

2 Replace the lubricating oil after using or replacing the worm pair for the first time and running 150-400 hours, and the subsequent oil change interval is less than or equal to 4000 hours.

Regularly check the quantity and quality of oil, keep enough lubricating oil, and replace the oil mixed with impurities or deterioration in time.

4. The amount of injected oil should meet the requirements in the table. It is forbidden to mix different brands of oil, and it is allowed to mix the same brand of oil with different viscosities.

6 Check the quantity and quality of oil regularly, keep enough lubricating oil, and replace the oil mixed with impurities or deterioration in time.
