According to Article 20 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the establishment of a food production company shall be approved by the local industrial and commercial department in advance, and the food production license shall be obtained according to the Food Safety Law, and then the industrial and commercial registration shall be handled.
The food production license may be applied to the provincial or municipal quality supervision department. The Quality Supervision Department will review the company's application procedures and accept verification and sampling inspection. After passing the inspection, the provincial or national quality supervision department allows it to issue a food production license and issue an examination and approval announcement.
