Parks vary in size. Shanghai Disneyland is more than three times as large as Hong Kong Disneyland. It is the largest Disneyland in Asia. Both Disneyland have seven theme parks: Shanghai Disneyland has seven theme parks, including Mickey Street, Magic Garden, Adventure Island, Jinyinwan, Tomorrow World, Dream World and Toy General Sports Park. The seven theme parks of Hong Kong Disneyland are: American Town Street, Exploration World, Fantasy World, Tomorrow World, Grizzly Bear Valley, Miracle Base of Anti-Japanese War and Misty Manor.

Adventure island is similar to adventure world, with the theme of jungle; Fantasy world is similar to fantasy world, with fairy tales as the background; Tomorrow's world, with the theme of technological aliens and the theme of Star Wars and Marvel Heroes; The toy "Hua" is similar to the "anti-war martial arts base", both of which are designed with fairy tales as the background. The theme is Toy Story.
