1. Check the manufacturer’s trademark, production address, anti-counterfeiting signs, etc. Nowadays, there are too many fake "off-brand" products of big brands. Of course, some of today's counterfeit products are really hard to distinguish between genuine and fake, so you can only look at them carefully one by one.

2. Look at the appearance of the large core board. Check whether the surface of the large core board is smooth, whether there is warping, deformation, blistering or dents. If the glue strength is not good, there will be a "squeaking" sound when the glue is opened when you weigh one corner. Then tap the surface of the board with a sharp-nosed instrument and listen to see if there is a big difference in the sound. If the sound changes, it means there is a cavity inside the board. And check whether there is glue or putty around it. Generally, the putty is for cover-up.

3. Check if there is any smell. If the large core board emits a fragrant wood smell, it means less formaldehyde is released; if the smell is pungent, it means more formaldehyde is released, so do not buy it.

To be honest, most of the E2 boards on the market for home decoration are E1 boards, and E0 boards are even rarer. Even if many boards are pasted with E1 or E0, they may not actually meet the standards. If there are no problems with the above three points, it's basically nothing. Just visit a few more and compare. The most important thing for a good decoration is to ventilate it for more than one or two months to dissipate formaldehyde.
