Flour trademark "Bing Chuan" is a brand-name flour trademark founded in 191 by Rong Zongjin and Rong Zongquan, famous industrialists in modern China. It has been popular in China's machine-made flour industry for decades. The "warship" trademark is the first registered trademark in the history of trademark registration in China. In 1923, China's Beiyang government promulgated the Trademark Law and formally established the Trademark Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce.
