Article 33 If a pesticide manufacturer needs to modify the approved pesticide label, it shall promptly submit an application to the Ministry of Agriculture and return the original approved label.

Chapter 6 Penalties

Article 42 If the labels or accompanying instructions of pesticide products produced or sold fall into any of the following circumstances, the agricultural administrative department at or above the county level will give a warning: , the illegal income will be confiscated, and a fine of not more than 1 time of the illegal income may be imposed; if there is no illegal income, a fine of not more than 10,000 yuan may be imposed.

Article 43 If the labels or accompanying instructions for the production or operation of pesticide products meet any of the following circumstances, the agricultural administrative department at or above the county level shall issue a warning.
