According to Article 13 of the "Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China":

1. As long as the enterprise is registered with the Industrial and Commercial Bureau, it can be found.

2. The Industrial and Commercial Administration will not keep the registered trademark under the following circumstances: the licensor is not the registrant of the licensed trademark; the licensed trademark is inconsistent with the registered trademark; the registration certificate number of the licensed trademark is inconsistent with the registered trademark. The certificate number provided does not match.
