Trademark extension

Trademark Law stipulates that a trademark registration application can only protect one category.

So, if you want to use the original trademark in other categories, you must first make a search. If there is no similarity in that category, you can apply. There is no concept of trademark extension in trademark law.

If the poster's products may be extended to other fields in the future, you may wish to conduct a search for the trademark in all 45 categories and register all unregistered categories to prevent registration failure in the future.
