(III) The inspection detachment of the US Food and Drug Administration was renamed as the Municipal Food and Drug Inspection Bureau, and the responsibilities of the Municipal Health Bureau to investigate and deal with violations of laws and regulations in catering services, health foods and cosmetics were included, and the enrollment was expanded 12 (from the secondary specialized school for employees of the Municipal Health Bureau). (5) The health bureaus of all districts hang the brand of the US Food and Drug Administration, undertake the responsibilities of food safety supervision of catering services and hygiene supervision and management of health food and cosmetics, continue to maintain the pattern of city and district safety supervision of catering services, health food and cosmetics, and accept the guidance and supervision of the US Food and Drug Administration in business. The supervision and management responsibilities of drugs and medical devices are still under the unified and direct management of the US Food and Drug Administration.
