In June 2021, Putian released the collective trademark of "Putian Shoes".

Cultivation plan and the country's first "construction safety shoes" group standard, and authorized 6 safety shoe manufacturers to become the first batch of users of the "Putian Shoes" collective trademark. This is an important measure for Putian City to build a regional brand in the footwear industry and world-class construction safety shoes. It also marks a new round of high-quality development for "Putian Shoes".

In March 2022, the Putian Shoe Industry Association reported that the "Putian Shoes" collective trademark has been approved and successfully registered by the State Intellectual Property Office.
