At present, the certification of pollution-free vegetables mainly refers to the certification method of pollution-free agricultural products, and at the same time, it must meet the special requirements of pollution-free vegetable products.
Units or individuals applying for pollution-free product certification (hereinafter referred to as the "applicant") shall submit a written application to the certification body, which shall include the following contents: (1) the name, address and telephone number of the applicant; (2) Product variety, area of origin and production scale; (three) the production plan of pollution-free agricultural products; (4) Description of the environment of the place of origin; (5) Quality control measures for pollution-free agricultural products; (six) the qualification certification materials of relevant professional technical and management personnel; (seven) a statement to ensure the implementation of standards and norms for pollution-free agricultural products; (8) Certificate of origin of pollution-free agricultural products; (9) Records of the production process; (ten) other materials required by the certification body. If it meets the requirements, the certification body may, if necessary, send personnel to conduct on-site inspection on the production environment, regional scope, production scale, quality control measures, production plan and implementation of standards and specifications. If the on-site inspection does not meet the requirements, it shall notify the applicant in writing.
