2. Trademark search report: search and issue a search report for the previously registered or applied Australian trademarks, and issue a search report. The applicant will receive the above search report before the trademark is approved for announcement, and decide whether to arrange the trademark announcement;
3. Examination of the substance of the trademark: when examining the Australian trademark application, the registrability will be examined, and the relative reasons will not be examined, that is, the prior right will not be cited to reject the application;
4. Trademark announcement: After examination, the Registrar thinks that the trademark application is acceptable, it will be published in the official trademark announcement of Australia. 3 months from the date of announcement is the objection period;
5. trademark registration approval: a trademark that has been ruled to be registrable after objection, or a trademark that has been announced without objection, will be registered and a trademark registration certificate will be issued.
