Legal analysis: the examiner of the substantive examination of the trademark examines the following contents: 1, whether the trademark has legal requirements; 2. Whether the trademark violates the prohibition clause; 3. Examine whether the trademark conforms to the provisions of Article 9 of China's Trademark Law: the trademark applied for registration shall have distinctive features; 4. Examine whether the trademark is the same as or similar to the trademark registered by others or preliminarily approved and announced; 5. Examine whether the trademark is the same as or similar to a trademark that has expired but has not exceeded one year.

Legal basis: Article 28 of the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Trademark Office shall complete the examination of the trademark within nine months from the date of receiving the application documents for trademark registration. If it meets the relevant provisions of this Law, it shall make a preliminary examination and make an announcement.
